I know a guy who has a very successful decorating business and had bought himself a rather nice Ferrari as a reward. On seeing his paint covered overalls they suddenly realised he was the person they had ignored not less than 30 minutes before. He immediately asked to see the manager and went on to explain to him he had been considering upgrading his nice expensive Ferrari for an even more expensive model but given the disgusting conduct of the sales men there he would take his custom elsewhere. I cannot imagine the dressing down the salesmen received but I believe regardless of who walks in now they get treated with manners and courtesy.

As he motioned, her eyes locked onto his custom-engraved Rolex wristwatch. Suddenly, her face and demeanor went saccharine. In an instant she learned some manners, it was Mr. this and Mr. that and she was just so sorry for overlooking his reservation, why there it is right there, and the valet will take your bags and show you the way and we will send up some complimentary wine (so you don’t complain to my boss).
