Top Atta Boy Harper Kids shirt
One is from Massachusetts with the Atta Boy Harper Kids shirt but in fact I love this super cool “chowda” accent and everything. However, my Black life matters to her. Her White life matters to me. I love Obama and she loves Trump. No, we do not agree with each other on politics but she is no less important to me than my Liberal friends. We have the power to choose to rise above it if we want. I don’t believe any life matters more than anyone else’s and that definitely not what Black Lives Matter is about. The movement is about gaining more support for African-Americans when they are killed. The justice system has never operated in the best interest of Black people and it doesn’t now. I hope to see significant change in the future. I hope I live to see it. I am a black woman myself and I think it’s safe to say that black people definitely love the fact that white people wear T-Shirts like this. You do not need to be black in order to support the movement. In fact wearing a shirt like this is a beautiful thing. This is an extremely important and powerful statement and nobody would shame you for wearing a T-shirt like this. It gives off the idea that you believe in equality.
Hi! My name’s Christopher and this is me, the Atta Boy Harper Kids shirt but in fact I love this white dude in the Black Lives Matter shirt! I think it’s very important that whites openly participate in the BLM movement, both to help show blacks that they aren’t alone in their struggle, and help rid Black Lives Matters of the mistaken criticism that it’s only for blacks. I have never gotten any flack for wearing this shirt from the black community, only gratitude and appreciation. I have been lectured by non blacks while wearing it though, several whites and even a Spanish guy who took my order at a fast food restaurant. Overall, I suspect if you’re wearing the shirt for the right reasons you aren’t going to have any issues, but you will have lots of non blacks stopping you to ask you questions or lecture on it. Actually I think that’s pretty telling in and of itself. (Although I have gotten some good feedback from white liberals, for example at the Trump protests I had a couple of white protesters ask me where I got the shirt. Amazon by the way!) I think it’s great—-one thing people forget is Malcolm X wasn’t against white people helping the black movement it was he wanted Black people themselves to get their act together b4 getting help from others. But as we found out we as a people were unable to do that.
