My primary experience is with birds and mammals and a few reptiles. My dog would definitely say something like “I saw her naked… I don’t know why she puts on layers of non-living skin but I found out she has nipples too…. she only has two tho… that is weird… but she gives me delicious food.” My 11 year old cattle-dog/pit mix is always friendly but humble: ears back and his tail wagging low.
