I walked in so flustered I thought I’d cry if I stayed in the shop when I was greeted by the nicest, most polite and friendly gentleman who assisted me and though they didn’t have the watch there he arranged for it to be delivered to my house that evening. I was even offered tea, coffee or wine as I sat at the desk completing my details and payment. There was no added fee for the delivery and it arrived as promised. I was treated like royalty so big shout out to Goldsmiths. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.
