The other kids were used seeing me in my diapers and I was not teased so much as I was when I tried to hide my diapers.
The big disadvantage of wearing visible diapers was that others could see if I had had an accident in them – and it was very embarrassing if others could see through my plastic pants that I had messed myself badly. Another disadvantage was that I was often treated like I was a small child when others – especially adults – saw me running around in diapers.
