I stopped wearing pyjamas and started sleeping naked when I was 11. It’s more comfortable, natural and healthier to sleep naked. I always sleep totally naked and always have done. I spend most of my time naked, so I am hardly going to put clothes on to go to bed. I just couldn’t sleep with all of that clothing on. It was just too hot and uncomfortable. I started wearing less and less as I got older, and by 15, I was sleeping naked. I have never worn anything to bed since I was a 2 year old. I tried sleeping in a t shirt and shorts for a while, but I couldn’t sleep with shorts on, so I started sleeping in just a t shirt. I was afraid of getting caught sleeping half naked, so I started sleeping in a nightgown. One it was just too hot to sleep because the power was out, so I took it off and slept naked since the power was out and no one would see me anyway. I haven’t slept with clothing on since. I just slept with less and less on as I got older, until there was nothing left to take off, lol. I have tried to sleep with clothing on a few times over the years, but I just can’t do it. I like to let my body breathe when I sleep.
