As long as that standard remains, I’ll still have to suit up every now and then. I’ve converted to wearing mostly jeans and sweatshirts, because it’s what I’m most comfortable wearing… and guess what? So, I guess I could simplify my answer to say that people wear suits because it’s an easy way to be a better version of a person who you aren’t. But like I said, it’s artificial. But they’ll form their impressions of you based on what you say and do; not how you dress. I am absolutely not saying that the way you dress isn’t important. Fun fact, this photo (taken when I was 23) looks like I’m wearing a suit. But I’m actually wearing a pair of casual shorts 🙂
