Leadership, again if Andrew Tate is any indication, is also a lie. They only seek positions of leadership so they can dominate others, rather than risk being dominated themselves. True leadership is about empowering others. What conservative “hyper masculine” men describe as leadership is… not… that. What “alpha males” call assertiveness is usually aggressiveness. It’s a show of force, a defensive tactic to intimidate others into submission.
